No gain without pain
Doctor rating

My therapist understood that I am pushing sometimes through pain, and held me back not to overdo things. She was correct one does not have to be well by tomorrow, some ailments take more. Persistance is the key. I will be back soon with a complete knee replacement - same leg.

Very helpful and knowledgeable - much improvement on ankle

I fractured my fibula in January by slip and fall. The surgery required insertion of a metal plate and 7 metal screws. I could not bear weight on my injured leg for 6 weeks. Physical Therapy with Rachel has been great. I'm getting mobility and flexibility back. Rachel is very attentive and educated.
